I have not had many problems with Liquid Web, but in the rare occurrence that I do I have found that someone on staff has been able to help me quickly and easily and in a calming manner. From what I understand from talking at length with the staff they own and operate their own data centers, they are a fully managed hosting provider.

I have run very heavy websites with them and the price is always totally affordable. In addition to the customer service the uptime has been great. I have gotten a ton of storage from these guys, all RAID protected and again at a very affordable cost. For me the Webmaster Package has proven to be the best deal with 1500MB and 100GB of bandwidth.
