So, I posted a comment onto their blog with a link back to a blog post I wrote about them and the issue. You would think large company, small blogger complaining – no big deal, he will be ignored. You are wrong with that assumption and so was I. Hostgator really cares and I was contacted 12 hours later (I had posted late at night). I was very surprised in a good way.
